Hi! I’m glad you’re here.
Maybe you’re exhausted from trying to meet everyone else’s expectations while quietly struggling inside. You may find yourself caught in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from who you truly are. Or perhaps you’re a parent seeking support for your teen and wanting them to have a safe, understanding space to process what they’re going through.
I would love to help you pursue growth, healing, and meaningful change. Change is possible, and you don’t have to go through it alone.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. I aim to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and feel more connected to who they are. I also offer faith-based therapy for clients who would like to incorporate their faith into the counseling process.
I believe healing happens when we feel accepted, understood, and empowered to grow at our own pace, while also being gently challenged toward meaningful change. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with empathy, curiosity, and care, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and wholeness.
Let’s connect.
